Tieri Medical Practice and Physiotherapy is open to new patients. We can provide in-clinic or telehealth consultations. Our standard appointments last for 20 minutes. If you think you need more time at your appointment, please advise the reception staff of this. Here are a few tips to consider when making an appointment, so that you can get the greatest benefit from the experience:

• New patients require double appointments. If you’re a new patient, chances are that it will be helpful to really take a full history – which takes a bit more time.  However, once we get to really know you, we can then work together to working out the best solution. 
• Do you need a double appointment?  Even if you are an existing patient, you may have quite a complex medical history or present issue, or a few issues to deal with.  If this is true, you should consider booking a double appointment.
• Skin checks should be made as a double appointment.
• Cancellation fee.  Note that if you fail to turn up to an appointment you have made, with no prior notice, we are entitled to charge you a $40 cancellation fee for GP services and a $50 cancellation fee for allied health services.
